[Resolved] Karvy — unauthorized use of one time mandate given to karvy computershare pvt ltd | |||
My bank account was debited of 50000/- rs on 24th september 2018. As i did not initiated this transaction, I complained with my bank who inturn informed me that This transaction was done via karvy one time mandate. I have informed local karvy office regarding this fraudulent transaction and also told them i have not received any mutual funds for the money deducted by this transaction. Now they are asking for details such as which mutual funds were bought by me using this money. I have told them many times that this is either a fraud or a software glitch due to which the money has been debited from my account without my consent using the karvy one time mandate. I have tried calling the helpline number but it is of not much use. I have also emailed karvy at their [protected]@karvy.com ; ktrack.[protected]@karvy.com i hope raising the complaint here solves my problem and my money gets refunded in my account Was this information helpful? | |||
