Dear karvya. Greetings for the day .I am very happy with u r service earlier .From past one year you local karvya vizag executives service and behaviours is not up to the mark and very rude/commending and manhandling .One of your employees mr.P.Rajesh and s.Seetharam are. Very rude to us and manhandling .They don't know how to reach the customer requirement and telling they are the decision makers. This is to inform you that one of your employee in your origination in Visakhapatnam Karvy .when we approached the office at 12pm.the executive asked us to wait for 1/2hour as the manager is having his lunch .One of your employee Mr.Seetharam approached us.His behaviour was not satisfacatory .when was saying will complaint higher authority .He said to goahead and complain to whoever you want .He also said that nobody can do anything .after awhile Mr. P.Rajesh was tapping me on my hand and threw the documents up to my face .the karvy senior management can not take any action on us.If you guys don't take any action the same will put in to karvy director
