Today on 27th July 2018 my mother got admitted to semi deluxe room who is asthama
Patient, the rooms are pathetic very dirty even there is water seepage we have informed this to billing section but they are very rude in talking such a big hospital don’t teach Staff how to handle the customer they very cleanly explain the charges which are very high but at the same they don’t know to talk politely to the guests my mother is suffering in that room very bad situation no one is ready to take responsibility it is charaka 1 room no 14
