Kataria Tvs — engine oil leakage not resolved after 2nd renewal of amc service

I have renew 2nd amc service in kataria tvs, ahmedabad, gujarat on dated 02/03/2019. Bike model tvs apache rtr 160. Bike number: gj27 bh 0135.
I have paid total rs. 2213/- inclusive all. But after service on same day oil leakage from engine. After many follow up calls from kataria tvs, yesterday i was visited and service advisor told engine oil seal damage. Yesterday 18/03/2019 i was paid for new oil seal & purchase again new engine oil with cost of rs 400/-. But still my problem was not resolved.

Please let me know what should can i do now.
