I amrita bhattacharya came at balagarh station at 8. 15am on tuesday to get 8. 26am37918 katwa howrah local. But when i bought ticket the ticket giver told me that they could not give any ticket due the malfunctioning of their ticket machine. I also told them to give manual ticket or any written proof but they denied all, helplessly i got the train without ticket.
So i requested to the rail authority kindly take a quick action of this inconvenient act so that we, the common poeple will not suffer their inconvenience. Was this information helpful? |
