Today also 12500 points were not added on sept 22, 2022

On 21.11.2022 episode, while playing along in question number of value Rs 640000/- ( question eleven), about name of the musical instrument which has been named after its maker, I took a lifeline when two wrong options B and C were removed. I answered option A ( Banzo). But to my surprise the correct answer given for the said question was option B (sexophone). How can option B can be the correct option when it was earlier removed while taking a lifeline while playing along??
