I paid kaya 20000 for my face marks/spot treatment, and after 2 session i started to have acne, i consulted to doctor and she said that take one more session, and if after this session, you are not satisfied, then you can go for a refund, after this third session my acne became severe and i told doctor that i want to discontinue your service and i want my refund, then i called head office at mumbai and lodged a complain for my refund, they, for 2 months told me that my complain is under proceessing, after two months they tells me that they dont have any refund policy, and you can take any other products/services of kaya, seriously, i want my money back, kaya just legally looted me, so now all i can do is forget my money, hopes your company goes to crisis, any suggestion how to tackle these people.
