[Resolved]  Kaya Skin Clinic — Project charges deny

Hello dear consumer police,
we give a project to women name POOJA BISHT- W/O AJAY SINGH, NATAGULLI, DWARAHAT RANGE, ALMORA, DWARAHAT,
UTTARAKAND 263653., with legal agreement bin with her,
we give a 800 forms and tell her achieve accuracy of 720 forms but after completing the project we even send her report of her work and we are ready to pay her but problem is she have to pay the penalty fees of Rs 4, 000 but she denied, we a company having a loss of Rs 4000.
please help and take actions against her.
