[Resolved] Kayanjalii — Order isnt delivered and the sellers behaviour is worst

I have placed order for 2 chikankari kurti on 14th March. I was informed that the order will be shipped in 7-10 business days. But it hasn’t been shipped yet. Neither the seller is responding in Instagram nor in WhatsApp the only text I m getting from them is like “go file a complaint”, “shut up”. The seller is very rude and unprofessional on top of that it’s a fraud site. My order worth is 1499.

I received my order on 14th August and what I understood is that there was some issue with shipping to my hometown’s address. The only thing I felt that this could have been communicated properly instead of letting the customer stay in dark nd feel like it was a scam.

As the kurti was delivered to my hometown I couldn’t see it in person earlier. But now when I saw it I realised that it looks very cheap and the fabric also looks cheap. I paid 1499 for that but after that I ordered one more kurti from a friend which costed me 1099 and that is far better than the one from Kayanjali. Worst decision to buy from this page.
