After payment she didnt send me the product and didnt reply back, its been more then one month

I had ordered 2 kurtas on this site through Instagram...Paid full money also...they said they'll deliver my order within 15 days..now almost month has passed they are not bothered about my order..not responding to any calls nor any messages.
While taking order they were super active in replying but now they are not responding.
Waste of money... please do something i need my refund or my order...

I had ordered 2 kurtas worth rs 1697 on 1st May on this Kayanjalii page on Instagram. They said they will dispatch my order once paid within 10-15 working days. But after doing payment they have not sent me any tracking details nor they respond to any msg. It's been 24 days now I haven't got any response from them. Now im really worried of my money.
Please take some strict action against them as many people have raised complaint against them.

Have no words to explain about there bad behaviour, these screenshots would say it all.

I have placed order for 2 chikankari kurti on 14th March. I was informed that the order will be shipped in 7-10 business days. But it hasn’t been shipped yet. Neither the seller is responding in Instagram nor in WhatsApp the only text I m getting from them is like “go file a complaint”, “shut up”. The seller is very rude and unprofessional on top of that it’s a fraud site. My order worth is 1499....
