Dear KBMC Department,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I faced while paying my property tax and subsequently trying to download the payment receipt.
Details of the Issue:
1. I made a payment of INR 4366 towards my property tax on 19TH DECEMBER 2024.
2. Despite the payment, I received an error message: "arerere pranali issue."
3. Furthermore, I am unable to download the property tax receipt from the website as it is not functioning properly.
Request for Assistance:
Kindly confirm whether my payment has been successfully received and processed.
Please provide me with the property tax receipt for my payment.
Resolve the technical issues with the website to avoid inconvenience in the future. Furthermore we are escalation to RTI as well that gateway is not properly working in spite website is on to make payment. Why there is no such type of notice of the website down.
