Dear KBMC Department,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I faced while paying my property tax and subsequently trying to download the payment receipt.

Details of the Issue:

1. I made a payment of INR 4366 towards my property tax on 19TH DECEMBER 2024.

2. Despite the payment, I received an error message: "arerere pranali issue."

KBMC site not working since long time.M need to pay my property tax but as this site not working am unable to pay online.Secondly they charged continue fine for not paying property tax.

KBMC site is not opening for almost 9 months. What kind of department is this? Govt should sack all.

Even Last Property Tax i paid double amount. First transaction it says amount failed but debited from my bank account. To avoid penalty i paid again it became successful for Rs. 3566/- on dated 26.11.2021.
