I have paid entire amount of 9000₹ on 30th January 2023 for Tally course at the charkop center. Its 19th May 2024 today and i have yet to receive my certificate.
I have been msgng them on wtsapp number [protected] since last year but all response i get is 'please wait' 'we wl let you knw'. I also email to the concern team but NO RESPONSE. i cannot deal with this anymore. This is my last request to keerti institute to either pay my entire money back with interest or else i have no choice but to go to consumer court. Inspite of taking 9000₹ ul don't even provide books to study, wt logic?????.

Last time also i raised this complaint but no one is doing anything about it. we are not receiving any leads from last one year i am request you to solve this issue we hardly receive 150 leads from jan to till date and from past three months we are not getting any leads. earlier we have taken 12000 package in 2021 we used to receive alot leads and this year we purchase 48000 package we are only receiving 150 leads for entire year. Whenever we call they says they will connect to the concern department or will transfer the call but it never happened. this is the worst experience i got and i will never reccommend anyone for your service. Kindly provide me the solution or refund the amount.

Computer course teacher is not present for teaching since week.(khar East branch)
So children's education time is wasted, please look into this matter and take proper decision.

I'm successfully completed my advance tally and advance excel in February 2021 from keerti computer institute located near apna bazar plot num 6 Goregaon east Mumbai 400065 and that Teacher m/s poonam mam told me your certificate will provide you in next month and I am complaining date is 27 july 2021 still didn't get my certificate. I also made a lot of calls to that mam but she's not giving me an appropriate response

I am Tanvi Rane. I had taken admission in Keerti Institute of Charkop, Kandivali west, Mumbai in May 2019 for MSCIT course. My exam was scheduled in September 2019. I went to give the exam and during the exam the co.piyter stopped working and I was therefore told that I will get a call for re exam which will be held in December 2019. But TILL NOW I HAVEN'T GOT ANY CALL OR MESSAGES. I have mailed to the official Email of Keerti Institute MANY TIMES BUT I GOT NO REPLY. I even called the head office and the person told me to mail once again but still NO REPLY HAS BEEN GIVEN NOT EVEN A SINGLE CALL. Please look into the matter seriously or I'll be forced to give a big complaint.

I Durgesh Gupta I joined Kirti computer Classes in April 2018 and my bacth no - 1819-04 at the time of admission I had said that I will get my certificate within 2 months of completing my course. Now they have given me the certificate after 8 months and merged into one, while at the time of admission, they had said that I will get 6 certificates separately whereas in the same I have given all the merge and not separately. I durgesh gupta i joined kirti computer classes in april 2018 and in april 2019 my course was completed there. When i joined, then they had said there that i will get my certificate within 2 months of completing the course, but it has been 10 months now, i have not received my certificate. The office man never comes on time and stays on leave for 3 days a week and call the office. Nobody even calls. Where never giving a response.

The institute seems to be closed and they no longer seem to have any records for the same. Kindly help regarding the matter as soon as possible. The last date for my submission is in a week.

I have paid rs 8000 as september month installment to arun sir of keerti institute dongri branch i agreed that amount is 8000 and handour me the reciept. And after an hour he called me and told that 1000 is less in fees but in reality i gaved him 8000 full he conuted twice. He is trying to lie and take that 1000 rs for their own use. I am the student (Supriya khandagale) of your institute, which is located at goregaon (W). I am doing course of web design and the duration of that course is 6 month. Actually i am facing many issue from the goregaon west branch.
1) lecturers are not having good knowledge about the topic which they are teaching.
2) staff are not co-operating with student.
3) having less no. Of computer and because of this reason i am unable to do my practice.
4) and the recent problem which i am facing is they are forcing me to take the study material from the classes itself and seriously it is of no use. As i took the study material from the classes, they are not giving me the receipt of that study material.

Tutors in the institute are least bothered about the trainees. They do not care about the portion to be covered. They even do not give a heed to their responsibilities and just have a motive... Time paas. My humble request to the authorities to please consider my complaint and do the needful as soon as possible. I also request to the authority to please recruit responsible and experienced and yes punctual faculty.

Such a disgusting experience in keerti computer institute... No teacher teach properly & no proper attention towards students... The main problem is the is no proper head in each institute sir or mam with whom u can talk abt teacher's problem to main sir... No one is the to talk abt how the teacher's behaves with students... Very bad experience in my life in keerti computer institute... I would suggest u all never join keerti computer institute... Here teacher's taunt to students... Seriously very irresponsible teacher's..

I worked in Keerti Institute Thane & Bhandup branch. Their students are misbehaviour & mannerless. Management also not taken proper solution. I complained Aarti mam in HR team Head office she is also ignored my complaints. Now i am searching for a job as for a HR she is talking with me properly & answered me also ignored me also. I am frustrated about management.

I have very bad experience at Keerti Computers at Dadar. As per their website they have declared heavy discounts on Keerti Courses but, actually when I enquired at Dadar Branch regarding this they said we don't have any idea of it. They said that, the said discount is not available at their branch at Dadar, then I requested to provide the list where this discount being offered. They replied to contact with head office at Bandra. I called at their head office, 1st times they said that the said discount offer is applicable to all over Mumbai branches of Keerti Computers, but when I told them my experience at dadar, then that lady said that she will talk to dadar branch and revert on same. I trying to called several time at their head office bandra. but still not received any positive reposense. THIS CLEARLY CHEATING WITH STUDENTS BY SHOWING SUCH FAKE DISCOUNTS... Are they really educational institutions or something else??????????????????????

My complaint is against the franchisee of keerti computers in kalyan mr santosh kumar jha for improper management and against keerti computer institute for not checking the teaching standards in their branches.
mr jha and his faculty are liers. They are doing business in the name of education and fooling young students. They are cheating people by making false promises through their ads. Dont take admission in kalyan branch. They are like RATS degrading the society, They even give out certificates without taking exams. people like jha should not be allowed to run classes.
