Kellogg's India — kelloggs oats have found cockroach but no one has communicate me and showing my query has resolve? hows it this possible??

I have purchase kellogg oats package from m/s. Om mart (Shop nu 1, paradise chs, khadak pada, malad east). Contact number is [protected].

I have purchase 2 kellogg packcts and i find 3 cockroach in that (Pics attavh for reference).

This is such ridiculous things which i have face from this client...
I dont know this issue was from company side or store side... But i have face this issue...

I want claim for this...

This is such priority mail from my side..
Request you to give appropriate action or else will highlight this issue with higher authorities,..

Have mail to company but non of concern person was bother to response and able to make call for resolving this complaint..

I want claim for this...

And consumer court authorities kindly request your help to resolve this issue...

Because company authorities non of on bother to response...

Company is saying they are more prominent for quality and assurance but this is live example which i had face...
And store manager saying this is completely companies fault...

I need prompt response on this...

How can without my acknowledgement this complaint showing resolve? No one has call me... And i wont able to topup on on my quries... Hence i uploading fresh compliant.

This is very pathetic service received from kelloggs... Not happy with this..

I hope consumer complaint will resolve my issue snd support me...!!!
