Kem Hospital — I'm complaining about staff

My mother had a spinal surgery 2 days back, we are not local residents of this place (mumbai) .. mother is unable to move her body and staff is neglecting to change diapers by saying ( we will not do it daily)
We do not have any female relative with ourselves, noone in staff is listening...
