Complaint marked as Resolved +91 7395-972094 Got a call from this number . A lady spoke to me and Booked the house hold shifting from Chennai to erode (door to door, packing and unpacking ) for 7000 plus 15% service tax on June 13, 2017.
On June 15. 2017 thy came and packed my things, after packing they are asking me to pay 1900 fr border charge, toll charge 720 and document charge 500, then I spoke to Supervisor and said these charges were not told to at the time of booking ...
then thy finalises for 10000 rs .
Then on June 16, 2017 at 12 am driver called me and said I need to arrange some persons for unloading the packages... which is unfair and I need my money to be refund for this mess up !!!
