Kenstar Packers And Movers — regarding the refund of amount & insurance papers

I have booked kenstar packers and movers for the shifting of my house hold items from sonepat to jhansi.
My item was loaded (Consignment no. 875) on 20.10.2017 from sonepat and as per their commitment the same will be delivered in 4-5 days.
I have made all the payment in advance dated 27.10.2017 asper their payment terms which includes transportation charge, loading (2500rs), unloading (2000 rs), transit insurance (@3% on value of goods i. E rs. 3000/-)
But despite continuous follow ups the material reached my destination on 30.10.2017.
When material reached than it is without the labor for unloading. When i contact them they give number of transport arranger mr. Harish (Mob.-[protected]), after argument they agree to pay the unloading charges to me and i have to make the unloading arrangement at my end.
Till date i have not received my insurance papers which i had already paid @3000/-.

When i call them they did not pick my call.
I called (Mr. Sanjay of kenstar - mob-[protected]) 100 times, but that useless fellow dont even bothr to pick my call.

Kindly help so that i will get my amount refund (Rs.2000/-) & insurance papers.
