Despite of complaining in your customer care within 48 hrs (On sunday) of the delivery of my order and your reassurance of the replacement of product by your team, we are getting negative response from your side! We have been in touch with keragain customer service through whatsapp. Kindly look into this matter seriously as i am complaining about this issue for the 10th time, otherwise i have to go to consumer forum for this issue! The mistake is from your side
