This is Dr Asha Kumawat wants to bring your attention towards the poor quality of KeraGain Hair color Shampoo. I had purchased the same with Batch no. 021421KHCB and also with the valid expiry date (01/2024) was defective as it is said the shampoo should come out from both the nozzles but I emptied half of my bottle and still it was'nt which gave me unaffected results with no change at all.
I would really not appreciate the quality and the assurance you give about the product of being 100% effective. I had regret wasting money on such product.
So, Here I request you to compensate the loss or justify the expense at your earliest convenience.

Despite of complaining in your customer care within 48 hrs (On sunday) of the delivery of my order and your reassurance of the replacement of product by your team, we are getting negative response from your side! We have been in touch with keragain customer service through whatsapp. Kindly look into this matter seriously as i am complaining about this issue for the 10th time, otherwise i have to go to consumer forum for this issue! The mistake is from your side

Worst, worst, and even worst product sold by homeshop18 ever, me and my family have been a customer of homeshop18 since ages, we have been purchasing electronis items but now i will tell everyone a d spread it as much as i can, that never ever buy a single product and spend a single penny on homeshop18, you guys are total fraud, cheters and liers totally, you guys told that by applying the keragain shampoo, in only 5 mins, all hairs will become black, and will not leave any stain on the skin, but when i apllied it for 7-10 mins, it worked nothing, so i decided to return it, but your executive told that it can't be returned back, and tood me to apply it min. For 20 mins. Atleast, then i again reapplied it for 25 mins. And recorded it in my phone, hardly few of my beard got black, and the colour satined on my skin, a total waste product by you guys, i just want my refund thats it, i have a video as a proof, such a qorst ineffective, defective product.
