Kerala Gramin Bank — Money has not been refunded

Sir, I have done a transaction by UPI amount is 10000. The amount is deducted from my account and not credited to recipient's account. It was a problem of my bank's server (Kerala Gramin Bank - Eranghimangad Branch) I have raised a complaint on[protected] and they told me that it will refund to your account with in 7 Days until no refund
