Sir, I have done a transaction on[protected] by UPI amount is 10000. The amount is deducted from my account and not credited to recipient's account. It was a problem of my bank's server (Kerala Gramin Bank - Eranghimangad Branch) I have raised a complaint on[protected] and they told me that it will refund to your account with in 7 Days until no refund

I had ordered a product of Rs.1999 in Amazone & The seller cancelled the order. And on 8th september 2021 amazone initiated the amount to my account but I still didn't get the money. Amazone sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Kerala Gramin Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

I had done an online purchase at amazon.in on[protected] and paid an amount of 399/- (THREE HUNDRED AND NINTY NINE ONLY) through my Debit card :No: [protected] .But on next day I returned the product and requested for refund, as per this they processed my refund on[protected] for an amount of Rs.399 ( THREE HUNDRED AND NINTY NINE ONLY) to my original payment method, ie to my debit card, but till now this amount is not credited to my account, I am quoting the refund payment reference number received from www.amazon.in. Please do needful.
