Kerala Private Bus — I am complaining about mistreating the college/school students

Today morning 7:20 am i got it a bus name "Enpees" from vadakekota tripunithura to Albert's college and the conductor of the bus mistreated me when I took the bus ticket because I am student also it's my right to get the ST.
