I'm writing to express my displeasure with a private bus' excessive speed on the Highcourt - Poothotta route. The bus's identifier is KL 39O3389 and it's name is Lakshmi Travels. Until the bus reaches the Chambakkara road, the driving is so reckless and dangerous. The driver and conductor were trying to race over other vehicles with rash driving and putting our life at risk. The people in that bus are having a really difficult time getting around. With this rash driving, even the conductor stepped on my feet and even he didn't said sorry and showing rude behaviour.
Please take into account this complaint and take the appropriate action.

This is to inform you that we passengers face alot of hassle since there is no single bus running in our route. I belong to
Kurathiad . Every sunday i have noticed that there are plenty of buses to haripad, thiruvalla kayamkulam route etc but there is no single bus running in routes like kurathiad, kattanam, kallumala etc. we have coaching classes on sunday . So it must be considered as well

Why is it so . If other bus owners can run on other routes why not in our route

Requesting you to take immediate action and do the necessary at the earliest so that we also can take a ride peacefully to our destination
Make necessary arrangements for buses to from mavelikara to kurathiad, kattanam. Etc on sunday morning as well
We wait here hours and hours but there is no single bus

Today in Kerala in Kottayam Vaikom to nerekadavu private bus (mukkath) around 11.20 the conductor behaved so rudely with me just because I had given 10 rupee coin this is not the frist last week also he had done the same last week when I had given note he behaved same saying the note is old so that’s why I had given coin this time

I am a native of the Ernakulam district's Angamaly town. I'm writing to express my displeasure with a private bus' excessive speed on the Kanjoor-Kalady route. The bus's identifier is KL 41 D 3006, and its name is Appely. Until the bus reaches the MC road, the driving is so reckless that I once came dangerously close to getting out. When it gets to the MC road, it starts to proceed normally. However, the driver puts our life at risk till then. The people in that bus are having a really difficult time getting around.
Please take into account this complaint and take the appropriate action.

Bus number KL13 AA2527 some days does not stop in the morning at 8.00 AM in Kurumathur main town bus stop inspite the bus has very limited passengers of about 10-15. When asked the authorities they say when we are running late on some days we will not stop the bus stop to take the passenger but passengers can get down .Can the RTO Authorties of Kannur district kerala look in this matter as soon as possible for a solution for the cistizens of kannur(Talipramba)

St.Joseph bus which travels in varapuzha route is not giving ST to students. The students of even 10th standard are asked to give concession to travel in that bus when there isnt any concession card for us to travel in private public buses in the first place

There is no bus service avaioable from aluva private standto kizhakkambalam route after 8pm.Earlier bus was available till 9pm.Kindly check and do the needfull as hiring an auto and taxi is very expensive.Its a main route and no transportation available is a big disappointment.Only private bus is running in the route and if not possible allow ksrtc also in the route.

This is to inform you about improper bus fare or higher bus fare taking by buses servicing in chavakad to Thrissur route. As I always start from ottucompany stop near santhimandiram, the bus fare is always on a higher side .They charges more than what is allowed . For eg . Today I took the bus from ottucompany stop to Parappur centre stop which is only 1.2 km. And the conductor charged me 13 rs. When only minimum charge is required in such distance. Every bus in this route charges like this. Please do needful.

From North to vyttila hub, Bus no KL 10 AJ 3691 bus charing Rs 18.00, same route i had come here by Rs 15.00, he is telling me to file a compliant, i[censored] had any problm, ticket fare showing from menaka to vyttila hub.

Today morning 7:20 am i got it a bus name "Enpees" from vadakekota tripunithura to Albert's college and the conductor of the bus mistreated me when I took the bus ticket because I am student also it's my right to get the ST.

There is no sufficient bus in chengannur -pandand, parumala rout. There services are doing there on favor. we are facing many problems because of this.we doesn't have other opportunity to travel. please consider this complaint.

The students who travel by paying students ticket were not given seat in the bus and were made to stand and travel. They even misbehaved to the students.

This Incident happened today 08/04/2022 at 8:15 am at thodupuzha Pvt Bus Stand ... I was going to my college muttom... I got inside A Bus Named THUSARAM and asked the conductor for students ticket... And he refused it... And said the bus is borded from the stand so he can't give consession... Later i asked one more time and he harshly said to me that he wont give me consession ... This harsh behaviour towards students should be taken into action...

The bus didn't stop at the bus stop and insteadvstopped somewhere far so that we students couldn't get in. Then they stopped in front o[censored]s because there was a road block. But they still refused to let us in and closed the doors from front too. The bus was empty, if they didn't let us in because the bus was full then it was understandable but this bus even had empty seats and still didn't let us in. This is injustice and need immediate action to be taken!

The conductor when offered ST refused to take it unless it was what he demanded, which is I admit a reasonable demand to make as some people take one rupee and some demand two rupees. I was willing to give him two rupees but before I could he lost his temper and started shouting and verbally harrassing me and even threw the one rupee I had given him down to my lap saying, and I qoute "nna edutho ennik vendadi ninta paisa"
A kind man who sat next to me, who said that he was also the conductor of another bus, spoke on my behalf to this conductor and told him he was being unreasonable and that the standard fare for the distance of my journey was one rupee only.
The man continued to shout and harass me further to which of course I retorted in kind, which may have been rude from my part and I willingly admit to the mistake.
The actual problem here is not the money he demanded but the way and demeanor in which he talked to me which was highly demeaning and disrespectful. He shouted at me, threw the money I gave him and then I had to give him what he initially asked of me to pay him to get a ticket, which was only done because of the kind man who sat next to me. He ad said some choice and harsh words and even mildly threatened me, which while not severe should be absolutely unacceptable to do to a person.
The conductor produced a kind of sheet on which apparently actual fare was written and showed it to the man next to me but when I demanded it be shown to me I was refused, which implies that the list may have been fabricated.
I'd like the authorities to take action against the said conductor to ensure that he only take proper fare and treat people respectfully regardless of their age or position. I must emphasis that everyone else in the bus including the driver and the 'kili' treated me with utmost respect and that I do not have any misgivings or complaints against them.
I only have issues with the conductor of the bus who has shown such blatant disregard for both the law and my person. If he has treated me like this, surely he has treated other students with such contempt too. I'd like the authorities to send him off with a mere warning to treat everyone respectfully as I understand that he's human too and does not deserve any harsher action against him..yet. But at the same time please ensure that no one in that bus would have a similar experience ever again.

For the last two days the MTS (K.L.11.AA.1666) bus calicut medical college bus is not stopping at its stop. For the past 2 days bus is not stopping at PVS hospital. Even when the people in the bus stop wants to enter. We request to take this matter very seriously as we are college students and we need to reach by time

Today (20/10/21) I took busBus name is ROMING) from veliyathamparambu to kochambalam. Kochambalam is second stop after veliyathamparambu. But conductor took 2 rupees more than minimum charge. When I asked about it, he suggested to make a complaint. Its not just a matter of 2 rupees, its really cheating..

Im writing this to inform you about bus Kl 11 AA 1666 MTS from farook college to medical college and return . Today Morning[protected] I get into this bus from medical college to modern they taken fare as rs. 19. Usually all other buses taken fare as rs. 17 from medical college to modern. Before the hike in bus fare it is rs. 15.
Conductor harrassing one student to college for exam while her giving concession charge.He is shouting and harrasing in front of others. Is any change in concession charge for students or is concession blocked.
Please take it as a sincere and take action against that bus.

They're not taking student's Tickets and asking for full tickets from students . When asked about it, the conductor behaved rudely and told me he'll never stop the bus in our stop again .
The bus hit against a glass and the broken pieces fell on a lady . They never asked sorry and kept driving

On 03/11/2020 morning 9.11 at kozhikode bus stand i enteted Kozhikode palakkad bus sana travels and conductor gave me ticket to kondotty may be9.15 time, also more than 5 passengers there in the bus .Bus not taken until 9.30, i on little bit busy to reach my office, so i rushed out from the bus and asked conductor standing outside for refund of ticket money qnd retuned ticket with me but he refused and used foul words to me, since i am on...

I've started travelling from kaloor stadium stop in a bus with registration number as kl 33 b 300 on 9/3/2020 at 8:20 pm and took a ticket to edappally high school stop. Conductor gave me ticket also and after reaching at stop driver refused to stop the bus and told that there is no stop over here. Then he stopped the bus at next stop only. My self and a lady forced to walk nearly 500m back side from the stop.

The complainant is about the bus which have registered name as NMS & bears the registration number as KL-44F 5575. It also run services at night from Ernakulam/Kochi to Adimali. The conductor & the driver behave very badly and abuse the passengers.
Also they refuse to pick up the short distance passengers. If the short distance passengers board the bus, they don't allow him/her to sit or take a seat. They expect long distance passengers for large amount of money and so neglect short distance passengers, treat them badly with all kind of abuse.

This bus (Kl 58 r 8483), from calicut - manjeri practically brazed our car and overtook our car. Thereafter it did some series of extremely rash overtakings, almost hitting two autorickshaws. They would've been smashed if they hadn't moved way out of the road. Apparently it was racing with another bus which was ahead o[censored]s.
In that 05 mins the driver was rash enough to endanger 50-60 ppl on board as well as all the vehicles on the road. A short video clipping has been uploaded.

This is to let concerned attention on the rash driving and over speeding of private buses on vypin routes. Most of the times buses were driven dangerously even without considering the safety of pedestrians and two wheeler's.

Bus conductors wont even give ample time to the passengers to em board and de-board the bus.

Please consider this complaint seriously before it creates an incident.
