Kerala Road Transport Corporation — bus boarding point and against conductor

Sir,
Iam vijesh travelling from kalpetta to ernakulam. I have booked a ticket from sulthan bathery to ernakulam. My boarding point was sulthan bathery. When i try to contact conductor about boarding point his phone no was diverted. I didn, t get him. Always i will inform them that i will in kalpetta. Accordingly they stops the bus. This conductor told me that no stop is for kalpetta. Main thing is that kalpetta is waynad's capital. But there was no boarding point. I will share conductor detalis.
