      After filling form of wbcs 2023 when I tried to make payment my exam fee of rs 210 after transactions wbpsc page showed ‘sorry please try again’ so I tried 4times and 4times deducted my money 210*4=840 please refund my extra money

            Sir,
            I am writing this complaint to inform you that my name is Subhalaxmi Dutta. My enrollment number is WBPSC[protected]
            After filling form of WBCS (EXECUTIVE) 2023. When I tried pay my exam fees rs 211.89, after transaction PSCWB page showed " Sorry! Please Try Again", . So I tried 3 times, And 3 times deducted my money. Total 211.89*3=635.67 Rs. Please Refund my extra Rs.423.78 And updated my form that paid.

              I've made payment for an application form at WB PSC website. While the payment was made my amount got deducted but it shows session expired and transaction was not received at other end. It has happened twice and both of the time the amount got deducted and the same thing happened.

                  I paid my electricity bill of rs 100 and amount is debited from my account but bill is not paid(failed). Please check the transaction and refund the amount as soon as possible so i don't have to pay any panelty I am attaching the screenshot of the same for your reference

                                    I was making a contribution of 15 thousand to my e-NPS account (National Pension System) through Bill Desk payment gateway today (06/03/2023) but the transaction failed before taking me to NPS confirmation page. Amount has been debited from my ICICI bank account but not credited to my NPS account.

                                        Payment made to WBMCC Rs. 2000.00 via Bill Desk from my HDFC net baking account dt on 24/10/2022. trans. ref: "YHDF[protected]/BILLDKWESTBENGALSTAT" Bank chq/ref:[protected] transaction was not successfully processed but deducted from my account. Then another payment was made which was successfully through my HDFC credit card ref. "YHMP[protected]" on same day.
                                        Requesting to refund my that payment was made through net banking account with proper enquiry.
