I was submitting pan card application using billdesk online payment gateway portal and the amount is deducted from my account but suddenly your portal shows error. And transaction payment also not show.

Yesterday on 29th June 2022 i payed bescom electricity bill of transaction reference[protected] of amount 849050 but amount is debited from bank account and the transaction has failed. It is an immediate corcern that is to be considered and please do needful.

I was trying to apply for IBPS RRB OFFICER GRADE 1 2022 but while paying the exam fees, my bank account got debited by ₹850 but the transaction failed. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.
