Request for Revision/Refund of Duplicate EMI Payment Transactions

I attempted to make an EMI payment for my Kotak Mahindra Bank vehicle loan through net banking. During the transaction process, the webpage went blank and I did not receive any debit SMS or confirmation email from the bank. Assuming the transaction was not completed, I attempted the payment consecutively three times for an amount of ₹2, 628.28 each.

Payment debit from bank but not credited to biller

Address: Mumbai

I made a complaint about the payment failure to billdesk yesterday, my complaint number is 3727313. Today I tracked my complaint using there link.It is showing issue resolved but there is no credit either in my bank account or credit card.

Amount debited is 260000 paid from indusind bank using bank website from desktop computer and by using bank payments link to pay.

Today is last day of my credit card fees ....

Account debited but failure transaction.

I paid my bill via billdesk to ibps it shows failure transaction but my account was debited. lateron i paid again its successful. i would to have a refund for my failure transaction....

I made the payment to TGSPCDL electricity bill on 19/07/2025 amount of Rs 10786/ - through UPI. My account was debited but the TSSPCDL account is not credited. MY electricity bill is still showing outstanding

Unable to make an nps payment using billdesk at protean

Sorry we are uable to process your request right now - Invalid merchant details (ERRP004).
The above is the error message, that I get when I try to use the Billdesk payment gateway for Tier I NPS payments using Protean at https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA
It is not working for my PRAN but working for my brother's PRAN, so i'm not sure what the issue is

On 8/2/2025, i tried to contribute to NPS from my SBI savings bank account through internet banking via billdesk payment gateway. but after submitting OTP, screen showed sorry we are unable to process your request. but money is debited from the savings bank account and does not reached NPS yet.

    Billdesk LIC Premium payment failed in gateway but amount debited

    Hello Sir/Madam,
    I've made an online payment for my LIC Premium Plan through BillDesk Gateway with Amazon Pay. Amount was successfully debited from account using Amazon Pay but transaction error was there in gateway and didn't redirected to merchant. So transaction was not successful, but amount has not reverted yet or not settled with merchant by gateway.

    Fastag recharge of Rs 800 not passed on to KVG Bank

    I recharged fast-tag for Rs 800 using the Billdesk "Payment collection" option but somehow never received the credit in the fast-tag account. The amount was debited by Rs 800 in my ICICI account savings account on 24th Nov 2024 towards linked

    Payment made through online UPI - not reflected to LIC

    Today [ 28.8.2024] I try to make a payment to the LIC through online portal by 2.08 pm using billdesk using UPI - Gpay.
    On making the UPI payment by QRscan, the amount is debited from my account and the completion page has not popped up in the portal web page.
    Debited amount is also not reflected against my LIC policy.
    I expect a refund or a LIC payment receipt...
