Kerala Water Authority — Can't pay water bill through online

Ref No: NAL/2530/D, NAL/3126/D

As I tried to pay water bill online the site is showing an Error code as " Meter reading is not posted. Please contact your office to get it posted before makng payment". U to last year I am paying using online. I don't know why is not working now. Since I am working abroad I can't pay using other methods.
