Hello team,
It's been more than 2 weeks that we got corporation water at our place. I contacted the Water Authority contact number ([protected]) from 1-December-2021 till today (10-December-2021) & every day I get a response that "there is a water leakage & it will be fixed today", but no action is taken. The previous complaint that was raised is still in "unattended status". Docket no: 307672. The overseer did contact me who assured me that the issue will be resolved by 9-November-2021 evening which did not happen either. When I called today (10-December-2021) morning, I got the same response that there is a leakage issue, the work is going on & it will be resolved today itself. This "today" never comes & the water leakage issue is never resolved. How do you expect a household to run which does not have a water well & is dependent on corporation water?
