Kerala Water Authority — discrepancy in monthly bills and meter reading

Cinsumer id: [protected]; meter no:sj 10836 consumer number: ch2/1193/d.

As per bill number 30638600, the meter reading shown in the bill was 1100, but previous meter reading not shown. The meter reading as on 19/9/2017 was 1098 and previous reading as on 19/7/2017 shown in the bill[protected] was 1197. This clearly shows the incorrect entry. Further an amount of rs 254 due to us as shown in bill 27784828 as on 19/7/2017 was not deducted in the subsequent bill given to us on 19/9/2017 and 9/11/2017. Please take necessary action to rectify the error in the bill and supply us the corrected bill as soon as possible.
Please note that the water consumption in this household is very limited and the meter reading will be minimal. Hope the kwa will take prudent action asap on this complaint. Thank you
