Kerala Water Authority — domestic plan changed to non domestic

My domestic connection consumer id - [protected], consumer no e34/3671/n is found changed to non domestic from last month onwards with out any reasons. I have tried to resolve this matter through kwa office, but cant.
Requesting you to make the necessary arrangements for rechanging to our previous plans as the earliest.
