Sir I have been billed manually (metre reader) @ 46 IRS monthly for the past several years/months. I have been clearing them by online payments as well.
Recently to my surprise, I have a bill exceeding IRS 5000 and now it with over IRS 7000. It is a domestic connection at Nellanadu panchayat.
Would you please review/do necessary rectification and send correct amount

The complaint is not resolved yet. KWA TVM section was very helpful in providing advice and supported by forwarding the complaint to Attingal Section office.
As usual, there is neither a solution nor a call/ response for call in this context from Attingal Section, so far.
