Two families residing at pallimoola, engineering p.o. thrissurr dt. are misusing water from the public tap on the road side.the tap is in the canal road, very near to the "916 supper market. " they are filling tanks kept inside their houses at early hours of the day, so that we the neighbours are not in a position to get water during morning hours
