Kerala Water Authority — no supply, no announcement about stopping the supply, no good water-always a light red color, mosquitoes in the water and more

They are the worst. No supply in day time. They will never give a heads up when there is a problem. Not filtered, it's like clear mud water. Sometimes not even good for face wash. Just look at the flush basket, then you will see. I mean, why aren't they taking any action on this. Are we supposed to pay the bill only. There is not even a survey about the water they supplying. I don't know to whom i complain. Or is it something like "this is kerala, it's normal here".
