Kerala Water Authority — no water available in my area and lack of cooperation from employees of water authority

I had been weeks that there is no water in my locality and employees at water authority are not cooperating kanhangad division. When ever we try to complain to them they mock at the people.
In alamipally water pipe has broken and water is getting waste excessively and they are not willing to repair the pipe also. If we tell them they say it doesn't come under them and not bother about this at all. We are suffering a lot.
Please take immediate action to this. Suffering a lot
