Kerala Water Authority — no water supply for months

Dear sir/ madam
This is written to draw the attention of the responsible authorities to the problem we are facing. We live in kottayam specifically, vadavathoor, jubilee nagar, thembraval kadavu, under the vijayapuram panjayath. We are not getting the water supply for the last 3 months. This is an inconvenient situation for us. If this is continuing and the summer heat drains all the wells we will be in big trouble. All the other houses are getting the municipal water. Kindly look into this situation and do the needful as soon as possible.
