Kerala Water Authority — no water supply-inadequate supply

Iam a customer of kwa at karetta in mattannur muncipality. We are getting water from kwa after every 4 days and that too ofen denying due to breaking of pipeline mostly because of kstp road work. We, 90 percent of people in this area is depending kwa water in summer season only. Last year we got water in every 3 days and this year it was cut to 4 days gap. When ever there was breaking of pipe happens the repair work is taking much time. Two weeks before it take 11 days for repair and now it is already one week we got water, even today after one week. The repair work is done. The reply to our complaint is that the kstp is to do the work. Please note that we are paying bill to kwa for supply of water and we have nothing to do with kstp or any other agency. It is the primary responsibility of water authority to supply water and your responsibility to repair the damages. Please note that within one month rainy season will come and 90 percent customers depend on their well and other source. For 4 to 5 months we are paying full years payment. It is most disheartening you are denying drinking water in the most needy days for some reason or other. I hope your good office will definitely enquire about the matter and find a solution at the earliest.
