Kerala Water Authority — Non avaibility of water

I have been water authority pipe line connection for 7yrs.I have not get proper water supply for my usual purpose.from the last 4yrs not get any drops of water.I have complained several times to the Assistant Engineer W A section kundara.no any further action.
