Kerala Water Authority — non availability of drinking water

I'm a resident of sakthikulangara, kollam, with water authority consumer no. Ska/836/d, temple nagar-411. For the last one week the residents in the locality are not getting drinking water. The complaint has been registered telephonically and also had entered in the complaint register. Till now the issue is not sorted out. Please do the needful at the earlest.
