I have made online payment of water charges on 04.05.2016, amounting to Rs.1789/-. but i am yet to be provided with a receipt of the payment. whereas the bank details show debit of the said amount, on my logging into the site of kwa, the bill details are shown as it is, implying non payment. kindly do the needful and regularise my payment. my consumer ID is [protected], in the name of S.Vaidyanathan.
