Ref Kerala Water Authority Consumer i.d. [protected] There is no provision for the consumer to download or to receive in his e-mail a receipt for having paid the Water Bill. Only a transient display of the receipt as soon as the payment is successful is there which disappears immediately. Im also looking for the details of online payment done on KWA website which doesnt show up in their office system.This happened in Kadavanthra office, Ernakulam. As the website is a crappy one which does show any online payment history or billing history its unfortunate to know the history of payments done through online. Time to privatize this organisation.
