Kerala Water Authority — not received even a drop of water

My water connection consumer no. Is pvr-27/d from kwa parappanangadi, malappuram, kerala on 16/11/2015

It is too much regreted to inform you that i have not received not even a drop of water till this date (09/09/2018)

Kindly request to solve this issue, as i have contacted office many times.
