Kerala Water Authority — payment of bill failed/money deducted from bank account | |||
I paid my water bill for kerala water authority, on line, on[protected]. (Consumer id : [protected]) However the transaction failed ; but the money was deducted from my bank account. Kindly arrange to refund the amount to my bank account. The transaction was effected on 10th november 2017 and the money has not been credited to my bank account yet.
