[Resolved]  Kerala Water Authority — Reluctance to test drinking water

Sir, I am native of palakkad, kerala, but temporarily residing at banglore for work purposes. The drinking water in my present residence at banglore has some whitish powder like deposits. So, I decided to test that water, for which I had come to test in palakkad. But these people sitting the lab are ignorant and reluctant to test the water. Sir, I dont know why are they doing so. This is drinking water and I would like to know if its harmful for use, but the Govt. water authority is not helping. They say they have too much of workload so cant test water of banglore.
