I am a consumer of kwa, ph sub division, kondotty vide consumer no:rk.940 and have been remitting water charges regularly in advance. But the admissible drinking water has not been supplied by the kwa as per the amount remitted by the consumer.
No drops of water is getting from my deep well in the summer season. I have made several telephonic complaints and also written complaints to the concerned authority. Every time when we called to the said office, they have only one word to say that pipe line got broken and will resolve soon. This process is continuing. There is no permanent solution taken for this situation by the kwa till date. The pump operator, ae and other related staff of the concerned sub division are doing very negligence response to the consumers. All my attempts are in vain.
Therefore i humbly request you to provide the drinking water at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
