Kerala Water Authority — Unusually high water bill, senior citizen, request your help to resolve

Dear madam/ sir,

I am a resident of Padma Vihar, Layam Road, Ernakulam, Kochi-682011; Consumer number-E40/110/D. This month I received a bill for Rs. 19, 000, while my usual bill amount is only Rs. 500-600.

I had come twice to the office today to register my complaint, but they kept asking me to come back later. I am a senior citizen and it is difficult for me to keep coming to the office so many times in these Covid times.

I would appreciate if you can help me to resolve this issue at the earliest.
