Kerala Water Authority — Water authority bill reading is not correct

I have got a water charge bill from water authority. The reading is 25 units entered in the bill the amount will be 2532/-. It is very high. If the authority person tell me that monthly minimum payments 40/- rs. I am surprised to see the huge amount in the bill. My consumer id [protected]. Mu consumer no trp/537/d. My meter no 92752.
