Kerala Water Authority — water leakage since months

Water leakage is seeing since months, after complaintsthe contractor comes and do some thing, but still it is horrible, i cant function my engg work shop b coz of the accumulation of water,
7th sept 2017 i made a complaint through madhyamam news paper in 4th page but no querries came yet.

The online bill for this month is not updated yet. The receipt of bill came to home 15days before. Please update soon because last date is very near and I have to pay online for my grandmother who is very old and i am not in town.

The place is north paravur in Ernakulam district.
