I'm located in pariyaram gramapanchayath and the area called ammanappara. We are fully depends on kerala water authority water supply for our day to day activities because our well got damaged long back.
Yes always there is a water supply gap for 2 to 3 days and we planned and managed the gap because it's regular for us. But since last 7 days we are not getting any type of water supply from the dept. and many times we called and given a compliments regarding this but their commitments never comes true. Finally yesterday we shared our consumer number but there is no positive action on the same. If the customers are facing such ki d of issue there must be a proper way to handle or manage the customers. But no such activities we haven't get yet from the dept concerned. Always they use to say the supply going well but it's not reach me and nearby families.
Pls engage some one to look on this issue very seriously and let the visit the site where the problem still existing even the water supply goes well as dept concerned confirming.
So requesting you guys pls take care in a positive manner and rectify the issue if it's technical or etc ...
