I booked AC tavera for my trip to Munnar from Kochi on 27-Dec for 3 days. Though the advanced money paid in 3 weeks advance and I am promised to get good AC tavera till 1 day before the journey, they have provided a old Maginsra Scorpio, which has lot of issue including the window not closed.The driver is also a lazy driver and may be because of old car it didnt go to top pick og Munnat and many other places. Don't trust and rely KeralaTaxi, it only advertise that it is govt approved but its service quality is extremely bad.
