We bought multiple items in Oct 2019 from Kerovit agency in Jagatpuri Delhi.
Included 2 single piece commodes as well.
both of those seat covers - one within a year - replaced by Kerovit after numerous follow ups and another one being used by a senior octogenarian broke 15 days back - and despite commitment from your customer service no action being taken by on the ground staff of yours.
I need to escalate this as this is causing too much inconvenience to the senior due to his health issues.
