I bought a wall hung wc pan seat made of kerovit even the items was sold by dealer higher than mrp printed on the items, i have asked the dealer to check the product before handover, however fraud dealer assured that this is kerovit product and company does not allow to check deeply, fraud dealer gave a faulty product, by spending a thousand of rupees on installation later i came to know that product is leakage and there is manufactured defect,...

The flush in two bathroom is not working. And there is no water coming out in the third flush at all.

Kerovit western seat wc flush tank not properly working no response are given by customer service.

We bought multiple items in Oct 2019 from Kerovit agency in Jagatpuri Delhi.

Included 2 single piece commodes as well.

both of those seat covers - one within a year - replaced by Kerovit after numerous follow ups and another one being used by a senior octogenarian broke 15 days back - and despite commitment from your customer service no action being taken by on the ground staff of yours.

I bought Kerovit of Kajeria washbasin from local shop in Hyderabad and when I unrapped the washbasin and removed tape from boundary of it find the some cracks/lining and it’s not in proper shape.
When I complaint and ask for changes they said we cannot change.
So I am requesting you to all, please take care before buying any “ Kerovit of Kajeria” and think twice before buying....
